We only produce custom-printed items based on customer-supplied files; returns or refunds are excluded. We check only print-readiness of data — the customer is fully responsible for content, legality and correctness. Proofs (print samples) are provided on request; after customer approval we manufacture and ship: small orders by parcel, large orders by freight. Minor production or quantity variations (tolerances) are normal; shipping risk transfers to the customer upon handover to carrier.
