ABOUT SINGLE WALL PAPER CUPS
Single wall paper cups are made from single-layer cardboard. These cups are perfectly suitable for both cold and hot drinks. Occasionally, when the drink is too hot, you might also need to use a cardboard sleeve for comfortable carrying.
We offer a variety of single wall paper cups in a wide range of sizes: 4oz, 8oz, 12oz and 16oz. The paper cups are available with PE or Water-based coating. The paper cups with water-based barrier coating have PAP21 recyclability certificate which means they do not require separate or additional waste collection system as they can be recycled with paper. Also, these paper cups are marked with the Paper2Paper and PAP21 logos on the bottom, which will communicate to customers that such packaging can be disposed of in paper waste containers.
CARDBOARD OPTIONS
We produce only matt single wall paper cups. Matt cups are being produced from the uncoated cardboard that has better color absorption properties. Therefore, the colors of the single wall paper cups look softer, pale and not so bright.

The possible deviation of height of 4oz and 8oz cups is ± 0.3mm and for 12oz, 16oz cups – ± 0.5mm.
The possible deviation of upper diameter, lower diameter and rim thickness is ± 0.3mm.
ABOUT DOUBLE WALL PAPER CUPS
Double wall paper cups are made from two-layer cardboard. These cups are perfect for using with cold or hot drinks. The double wall paper cups fit especially well for serving hot beverages. The two-layer cups have better thermo insulation features. Usually when you choose double wall paper cups you do not need to use cardboard sleeves for a hand protection from very hot drinks.
We offer double wall paper cups in very popular sizes of 8oz, 12oz, 16oz. The paper cups are available with PE or Water-based coating. The paper cups with water-based coating have PAP21 recyclability certificate which means they do not require separate or additional waste collection system as they can be recycled with paper. Also, these paper cups are marked with the Paper2Paper and PAP21 logos on the bottom, which will communicate to customers that such packaging can be disposed of in paper waste containers.
CARDBOARD OPTIONS
The second (outside) wall of double wall paper cups is produced from recycled cardboard. The recycled cardboard we use for the second wall of the double wall paper cups has a slightly different shade of whiteness – it’s a little bit grey. That is because each cardboard has its own color and texture. So, cups with white color in their design will not be bright white, they will be grayish, i.e. any white background left in the design will be gray.  If you would like a white cup, we recommend you to choose a single wall cup or maybe look for other cup design solutions while avoiding the white color.
We offer double wall paper cups in glossy or matt cardboard. For vibrant and shiny colors we suggest you to choose glossy ones. In case you prefer mild colors, you should choose matt ones.
The quality of the cup is the same, but the appearance is different.
